Hi, I'm Adam! A product leader from the Mitten state with over a decade of B2B2C/B2B SaaS experience, and a thirst to figure out what people value most.
I love defining a clear North Star while enjoying the journey to get there. I've hired and mentored teams of PMs and support specialists, and I've learned real leadership looks less like directing and more like translating—getting execs, engineers, and GTM teams all rowing in the same direction. I'm a Myers-Briggs INTJ and Enneagram type 9 personality.
My through-line: enable people to become their best selves. Sometimes that's career tools. Sometimes it's stress. Sometimes it's just stripping away the overhead so people can get back to work that matters.
Off the clock, I'm a foodie and fitness junkie chasing PRs and that perfect sourdough recipe. I chase my two dogs around the yard, and I love hunting down good hikes and inspiring architecture wherever I travel. (I'm also known to drop a bad dad joke mid-meeting.)

How I Operate
- Work backwards. I work backwards from goals that matter; I don't chase features. At Bundle, that meant managing up to define the company's first North Star Metric with the executive team before the roadmap or a single sprint got planned.
- Clarity is leadership. Twice now, I've been the first product leader at a company: Bundle and FMX. Both times, the job wasn't just planning and building, it was reinforcing a culture of clarity with the principles and capabilities to support it. Intensity without direction is just wasted motion.
- Own it & share it. I take pride in owning the good and the bad, but I take more pride in elevating the success of my team and partners.
- Framework hoarder. PMs love their frameworks! I apply best practices and empirical successes to stabilize ambiguity and clarify the path ahead.
- Systems over heroics. I'd rather build a dashboard, a KPI tree, or a leveling framework than be the hero who has all the answers. At Torch, I built the self-serve company resources to demystify the product black hole.
- Fail fast. I lead with experimentation and reflect on past failures to learn and derisk.
- Context decides the PDLC method. Having any PM structure or framework is a good starting point but not locked forever. Like any external-facing product, I keep listening to what works and what needs adjustment.
- AI as leverage, and a thought partner. AI requires governance of use, access to data, proper change management, and a goal like any other technology tool to achieve true leverage and partnership from the investment.
- The journey matters as much as the milestone. I care about hitting the number — but the how (evidence-driven, cross-functional, no drama) is what makes the number repeatable.
